7-Day Return Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original condition with the seal intact.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the bottle is leaked or damaged during transit, take a photo immediately and send it to our WhatsApp. We will provide a free replacement without any extra shipping charges.
Hygiene & Safety Notice
Due to the nature of herbal oils and personal care products, we cannot accept returns for bottles where the safety seal has been broken or the product has been used. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
Refund Method
