By purchasing from Fazwi Dawakhana, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access our herbal products and services.
02 Product Disclaimer
Our products, including African Tila and other herbal oils, are made from 100% natural ingredients. However, results may vary from person to person.
Health Note: These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any serious medical condition. Always consult with a healthcare professional if you have pre-existing skin allergies.
03 Orders & Shipping
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you for confirmation before dispatching the parcel.
- Delivery takes 2-4 working days across Pakistan.
- Customers must provide a valid phone number and address.
- Refusal to accept confirmed COD orders may result in a permanent ban.
04 Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR. We reserve the right to change prices or offer seasonal discounts without prior notice. We currently accept Cash on Delivery, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.
05 Limitation of Liability
Fazwi Dawakhana shall not be liable for any misuse of the products. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the "How to Use" instructions provided with the packaging.
